Josh C. Again was extremely helpful and really kept us up on why our new system (less than 3 months) has had to have 3 service calls since June. Very irritating and Leary but hope that his focus on air flow may be corrected. Josh was trying to cover all basis but spent 4+ hours this visit, same as before trying to find the reason for the unit freezing up and fan shuts off and then no A/C.
