Kyle from Perfect Service serviced my AC unit on yesterday. He arrived early which was great for me. He apologized for being early and offered to wait if necessary. This was a refreshing circumstance. He explained what he was doing to my unit, asked if I had questions and proceeded to perform the service. He was courteous, professional, and quick.
