I was very satisfied with my experience with Perfect Service Heating and Air from their initial visit to the several follow up phone calls from Jeff. Jeff came out to service my HVAC. After checking everything he sat down with me to explain what the problems were with my HVAC, this included photos of the worn-out parts and problems. It was apparent that based on the age and condition that in the long run it was more economical to replace the system. He had a team of technicians at my home within three hours. As they worked, they keep my appraised of what they were doing and showed me the worn-out parts. After the work was completed, they made sure that I was satisfied they had properly cleaned up. Everything they did point to a team of workers who took pride in their work, very refreshing in this day and time. Jeff made it a point to contact me a couple of time to ensure that everything was working properly and that I could call on them anytime for assistance. I would not hesitate to recommend Perfect Service Heating and Air.
