The two gentlemen did a thorough tag team with the inspection and cleaning while respecting my property and house. I was kept informed and received a detailed status report. Taylor arrived at our home and talked with me before beginning work checking our furnace. I explained my husband was in a hospital bed in what had been our dinning room . He fell last April and became a paraplegic. I have to take care of him so he would be on his own. Let me know if he had any questions. Taylor immediately went to work and checked the furnace thoroughly. Upon completion he said everything looked good. He also told me I had two more free cleanings.
