In a time when customer service is almost forgotten, occasionally you do business with someone who restores your faith in people. and you know you can trust them. Chris arrived right on time and tapped on our door (in case someone was sleeping), put on his shoe covers and came in. He came inside and went to work. He took time both to service our furnace, but also to check out our crawl space encapsulation. It was clear, Chris was just doing what he does because of who he is. How refreshing. We invited him to have lunch and enjoyed his company as we ate together. He is someone special and it is evident in everything he does. What a credit to Perfect Service he is.

We value quality and always recognize it when we experience it. Ty did everything in our service to make sure we were taken care of when we turn on our A.C.. He cleaned the outside and then the inside. He covered his feet as he walked through our house and thanked us. It is kind of a location deal...you would have to have been here to really experience Ty and how he exemplifies great customer service and professionalism.
