Eli, the technician, was professional as well as very thorough. He answered all my questions and didn’t get in a hurry to finish. The only problem I had was he was suppose to be here between 4 and 6. It was 6:45 before he arrived. For this reason, I am rating the convenience of the service as average.

He went over everything he did with me before he left and was finished in less than 30 minutes. Super nice guy! I’m very pleased with Perfect Service since they replaced my AC unit this summer.
