Anthony was our Perfect Service repair man and he was very efficient and checked all the boxes for us and gave us ideas to help our system be more efficient

The 2 prior visits were awful. The men who came were pushy trying to sell expensive makeovers to our vents, etc. Very aggressive in their sales approach, in spite of repeatedly telling them we couldn’t afford it. My husband has cancer and they had me in tears telling me that my units warranty was now null and void and other things. All in all, the whole of these visits bordered on elder abuse in my opinion, and caused me excessive worry over yet another thing thing we can’t afford. This last visit was pleasant, the young man was kind and not pushy at all like the 2 previous visits.
