Thanks for keeping my units maintained. After the initial installation of all four units, Perfect Air and Heating has been maintaining these. My last technician, Chris, performed the maintenance and did a fine job. In and out, units inspected and all running well. Very professional service.

Eli, the technician, was professional as well as very thorough. He answered all my questions and didn’t get in a hurry to finish. The only problem I had was he was suppose to be here between 4 and 6. It was 6:45 before he arrived. For this reason, I am rating the convenience of the service as average.

Jesse checked my heater as part of its regularly scheduled maintenance. He came to my home on time and was very polite and professional! He went over everything he did with me before he left and was finished in less than 30 minutes. Super nice guy! I’m very pleased with Perfect Service since they replaced my AC unit this summer. They called and reminded me that service was due and scheduled me at my convenience which was fantastic. Highly recommend!
