Completed clean and check service on heating unit in crawlspace. Property has two HVAC systems; performed maintenance on the one unit under our service agreement with active warranty coverage. Inspected all heating components, verified proper operation, and ensured system is ready for the heating season.
Responded to service call and contacted customer upon arrival as requested. Completed necessary service work and addressed all concerns brought to attention during the visit.
Responded to no cooling call on residential air conditioning system. Customer has home warranty coverage that will reimburse service costs. Diagnosed system and provided service recommendations.
Did a maintenance check-up on a 13-year York unit in Locust Fork Al. Check all electrical connections.
