Our Summer Service was performed by Blake Adair. I cannot say enough about this young man. He was very professional, knowledgeable, kind and respectful. He’s a very happy employee who is proud to be part of the Perfect Service Heating & Air team and it shows in the way he represents and speaks about the company. The feels like temperature outside was over 104 degrees when he serviced our unit. After performing the service this young man was covered in sweat and had already worked all day as we were nearing 6:30 pm, I know he had to be exhausted as my own son’s work in these blistering conditions. One would expect to see the wear & tear of the day and the extreme temperatures weighing on anyone and starting to drain their patience and personality at this point, when they’ve pushed their body so far, and have to be ready to call it a day and get out of the heat and into the comfort of their home and a shower. Not Blake, though he was exhausted, parched and wiping sweat from his eyes as my husband handed him a bottled water, he thanked him for the water and the opportunity to do our Summer Service. I mentioned my concerns for anyone working in these conditions as I worry about my own son’s working in these conditions everyday. He responded by saying, “ Sometimes the temperatures can be challenging but customer’s like y’all and doing a job I really like for a company that I love, that takes care of its employees, makes it worth it. What can I say, I love where I work and love what I do and look forward to one day moving into sales and management in the future.” I have to say it was so refreshing to interact with someone who takes pride in their work, loves the company they work for and isn’t afraid of work! Perfect Service Heating & Air is blessed to have this young man representing them. He’s definitely an asset to your company! This young man is gonna give you his best and perform at 💯 % whether you’re his first stop in the morning or a last minute add on at the end of the day! I hope the powers that be within Perfect Service Heating & A/C know what and asset this man is to the company. If given the opportunity, with his people skills and work ethic this young man will become one of your top sales people. Ask for Blake Adair, you won’t be disappointed!!!
