Troubleshot a Goodman GSX160601 air conditioner with no cooling complaint. Found compressor had failed due to electrical overheating. Installed new Copeland Scroll ZP61K5E-PFV-800 compressor and filter drier. Evacuated refrigerant from system using a Appion G5Twin recovery unit. Properly recharged with R-410A refrigerant following superheat/subcooling specifications on rating plate. Unit now operating within temperature split and efficiency parameters.
