I’ve been a customer for many years. I had no idea I would be tied up for 3 1/2 hours and be tag teamed with someone who went up in my attic without my knowledge, walked through my bedrooms and my basement without my permission and took pictures to try to sell me repair work I did not invite. I feel invaded. I am angry. Not one single word was mentioned about the condition of my AC unit or my furnace.

Josh C. Again was extremely helpful and really kept us up on why our new system (less than 3 months) has had to have 3 service calls since June. Very irritating and Leary but hope that his focus on air flow may be corrected. Josh was trying to cover all basis but spent 4+ hours this visit, same as before trying to find the reason for the unit freezing up and fan shuts off and then no A/C. We have been with Perfect Air since 2013. Thank you Josh!
