Ian came to do our spring tune up at my daughter's house in Blountsville. He called me stating that the unit (which is new) has a problem which might be cleared with a $160 coil cleaning plus I need to pay for the service agreement, another $89 or so bucks. I paid both but wonder just what the warranty and service agreement covers?

The tech arrived early after my Sunday panic call. He trouble shot the system but never could determine what it had done or why. I guess I should have pulled the power and done a re-boot like a computer.
