Clay was kind and was very clean. I had the filters, so he changed them for me. He was thorough and sat down with me to explain how my heating unit was doing. If I ever need a new unit, I will use Perfect Service. They have an awesome warranty!

Service installer was outstanding but the time spent on service was only a few hours per day extending over a week to finish. Also the ac system struggles to keep the house cool when the outside temperature is over 90 degrees. Running continually at that outside temp. That’s disappointing for the price charged.
