Brannon is the best! I called 7 Heating and Cooling services before I called Perfect Service on Saturday afternoon of MLK weekend. Only one of the 7 had someone to answer the telephone. That person could not go to Montevallo. At 4'o'clock in the afternoon, Brannon answered the telephone. He was in Cordova. At 6 o'cock he met in in Montevallo to service the rental house. The problem was more complex that we had hoped. He said he could get a service team to replace the old unit that night. I said, "Let's do this in the morning". His team arrived at the appointed time and the renters had heat in the afternoon. I call this service. When Perfect Service says 24/ 7 they mean it. I will definitely call Perfect Service for my house and for the rental house. Thank you Brannon for making this happen in such a timely fashion.

Went over both systems with a fine toothed comb and unlike some other companies we have used, they did not find anything wrong. I was impressed that they didn't "find" something to try and sell me. Punctual, friendly and likable personnel. Highly recommend them.
