Perfect service has a great team. The technician arrived on schedule and provided professional friendly service. He wore little footies over his shoes to protect my flooring. I like how Perfect Service is pro-active and has excellent customer service. They remind me of the needed seasonal service, then they schedule the appointment at my convienence, then they give a quick reminder call one day before the appointment, then after the service is complete they follow-up to make sure all was performed to my satisfaction. They have kept my units running smoothly for many years. I'm a happy Customer 😀

Tyler had, great manners took his time to make sure everything was functioning correctly and gave us a diagnostic test and told us everything how long we had the units and that they’re working good for the age that there are.

Jacob did a good job servicing my AC. I have two units units. He was very polite and I would love for him to come back to service my air conditioner each time. Tommy was very nice and gave me very good information on how to go and do a review. He also sent the link which was easier for me to process.

Noah was polite and friendly to me and my little dog. He worked diligently on the unit to clean it. He also put my faucet protector back on the outside faucet as I asked him to do. He came in afterwards and reviewed his actions, as well as documenting them. He let me know when he was leaving, which I appreciated.
