Completed a Protection Visit on the outdoor packaged HVAC unit, inspecting the cabinet, coil guards, access panels, electrical disconnect, gas line with shutoff valve, condensate drain line, and duct transition. Unit was found structurally sound with no rust, frost, or visible damage; minor algae/mildew growth was noted along the base frame, and pine straw and leaf debris were present around the pad. Recommend clearing debris from the unit perimeter to maintain proper airflow and prevent moisture buildup.
