I had some scheduled maintenance done on my heat pump. Tim (technician) was very courteous, professional & handled the job perfectly. He also discovered a part that was no longer functioning, and replaced it under warranty. He communicated everything very well. No issues! 😊

CAME OUT AND FOUND LOCKED COMPRESSOR, CHECK THERMOSTAT, CHECK ALL ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS, CHECK CONDENSER COIL, CHECK AIR FLOW. MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS RUNNING GOOD.
