Very appreciative that he told us to put the dogs up when he was cleaning our unit so that they would not be exposed to any fluids. Very polite and considerate. Bryan arrive on time. He was very friendly and got right to work. He was thorough and, what I appreciated the most, was that he re-locked the gate without being asked and replaced the hose and secured the door to the crawl space. He spent a total of about an hour and a half in inspecting and servicing the equipment. When he finished, he explained the condition of the unit. He noted the picture in the hallway of me in uniform and asked if I was a veteran. when I replied "yes, 22 years worth", he explained that I was entitled to a military discount and applied that to my bill. I had never known that Perfect Service offered that discount, and I appreciated his bringing it to my attention. Overall, he was one of the most pleasant and efficient techs that has ever come to my home. I have always, with perhaps one exception, had positive experiences with all of the techs that have come from Perfect Service over these many years. Bryan goes to the top of the list. Thank him for me.

Serviceman found mold and mildew in our unit and came and showed us pictures on his phone . Called his boss who came out to our house to see for himself and recommend what should be done. Ended up putting in a new heat/air system. Good work done in a timely manner. Have been using Perfect Service Heating and air for the past 12 years.
