Terry works in Dispatch with 19 years of industry experience and holds an EPA Certified Universal refrigerant license. He specializes in residential systems, including heat pumps and conventional units. Having grown up in the area his entire life, Terry spent 16 years in the field before transitioning to his desk job. His daily mission is to dispatch calls efficiently and coordinate multiple techs. He enjoys the process of asking questions to figure out exactly what problem a customer may or may not be having. For his “Gold Standard,” Terry checks that customer names and addresses match the property dispatch, and ensures techs enter their time of arrival and appointment date into the computer. He advises homeowners not to worry, as the team can fix any residential system affordably and in a timely manner. Bringing a positive attitude and sharp attention to detail, he loves golfing, fishing and taking vacations at the beach off the clock.
