Payton is a Service Tech who recently joined the industry with 2 months of experience, specializing in Indoor Air Quality (IAQ). Growing up in Cleveland, Alabama, he was brought into the company by his cousin, Skyler. He chose the trades because he wants to learn a variety of skills with the ultimate goal of building his own house one day. His daily mission is to do his job to the absolute best of his ability to ensure the homeowner is happy. He particularly enjoys figuring out the technical mystery of why a system is freezing up. For his “Gold Standard,” Payton makes a personal promise to never leave a job site until both he and the homeowner are completely satisfied with the work. Bringing a resilient “never give up, keep your head up” attitude to every job site, he spends his time off the clock fishing, playing basketball, and spending quality time with his wife and kids.
