Owen is a Service Tech with four years of experience and holds an EPA Universal certification. A native of Oneonta, he was introduced to the industry by his brother and chose the trades because he enjoys physical work. His daily mission is to ensure customers are taken care of in any way possible, and while he enjoys performing clean and checks, he is looking forward to eventually handling more breakdowns. As his “Gold Standard,” Owen follows the “Seven Steps” process to ensure every job is done right. He consistently reminds homeowners to change their filters and brings the personal value of doing right by the customer to every job site. Off the clock, he enjoys golfing and fishing.
