Mariah works in Office Administration and brings over 15 years of customer service experience to the team, with nearly 3 years at Perfect Service. She has specialized training in customer experience, management, and event coordination, and is an absolute expert in Excel, noting that “a spreadsheet is my love language”. Growing up in Cleveland, Alabama, and graduating from Cleveland High School in 2015, she moved to Louisiana in 2019 where she met her husband, Mark. She chose the “behind-the-scenes” office life because, although college wasn’t in the cards, her lifelong passion for a business career remained strong. Her daily mission is to fix the things no one else wants to do, and she is always willing to take on new tasks. Mariah especially enjoys the puzzle of spreadsheets and “figuring out the unfiguroutable”. As her “Gold Standard,” she always double-checks her work—sometimes checking four or five times—before hitting submit or send. Bringing the personal value that everything is figureoutable and fixable to the office every day, she spends her time off the clock hiking waterfalls, enjoying a good home DIY project, and going to Disney.
