Landon is a partner and marketing lead at Perfect Service Heating & Air with over two decades of industry experience. He joined the company in 2003, developing an extensive understanding of HVAC systems through manufacturer training, hands-on learning with technicians, and daily customer problem-solving. After being named Marketing Manager in 2006, he became a partner in 2020. Landon holds a Business and Marketing degree from Jefferson State Community College and uses this foundation to help homeowners make informed decisions about their heating and cooling systems. While his expertise is rooted in education and customer guidance rather than field installation, his years of troubleshooting support give him a well-rounded perspective on HVAC systems. Outside of work, Landon is a Christian, a husband, and a father of three. He and his wife operate a small goat farm, and he is an avid audiobook listener who has logged over 1,800 hours over the past five years. He also enjoys the quiet of a long drive.
