Justin is a Production Manager with 12 years of industry experience, holding OSHA, EPA and Apprentice Gas Fitter certifications. He is an expert in American Standard equipment and ICP brands like Carrier, Heil, Bryant and Payne. Originally from Dora, Ala., Justin left college to start working when his wife got pregnant, ultimately choosing the trades after realizing he enjoyed construction while flipping a house with his uncle. His daily mission is to schedule, oversee, advise and assist the installers. He especially enjoys solving airflow issues. As his “Gold Standard,” Justin meticulously checks the Delta T to ensure proper temperature differences in the return supply.
