Jordan is a Dispatcher with six months in the industry and is an RGF IAQ Specialist. His expertise lies in indoor air quality. Having grown up in Central Alabama, he found the company online, read their story and applied, noting that he actually likes having a desk job. His daily mission is to show up on time, help and serve customers and do his job to the best of his ability. For his “Gold Standard,” Jordan checks the overall quality of the work that was done. He advises homeowners to always stay on top of seasonal maintenance to ensure their unit’s health and longevity. Bringing compassion to his role, he believes he has a moral obligation to help others whenever he can. Off the clock, Jordan and his wife love spending time with their dog, going on hikes and playing fetch.
