Joey is a Service Manager with 25-plus years of industry experience, holding NATE, Gas Fitter & Plumber, HVAC Contractor and EPA certifications. He is an expert in all residential HVAC equipment. Growing up in Clay, where the office is located, he chose the trades because staying inside all the time is not for him, and he loves getting to talk to new people all the time. His daily mission is to make his team’s jobs easier by teaching them something new every time he is on a job site or on the phone with them, ensuring they are taking better care of the customers. Joey especially enjoys the technical mystery of solving low voltage shorts. As his “Gold Standard,” he gives himself 20 to 30 minutes at the end of every job to double-check everything, including ensuring the drain line is properly draining to avoid costly callbacks. His number one piece of advice to homeowners is to change their filters and get their maintenance done. Bringing the personal value of always keeping the homeowner involved to every job site, Joey spends his off-the-clock time with his huge family and is heavily into cars and motorcycles, especially motorcycles.
