Jesse is an Encapsulation Lead with five years of industry experience, specializing in crawlspace encapsulations and basement systems. Born and raised in Birmingham, he chose the trades because he could not see himself working a desk job. His daily mission is to get crawlspaces cleaned out, completely sealed, and to get all the moisture out. He especially enjoys the challenge of removing any water or moisture and getting the space sealed up tightly. As his “Gold Standard,” Jesse emphasizes the need to go over everything three times, most importantly checking that seams are taped and power is running to the sump pump and dehumidifier. He brings the personal value of treating every customer with respect and doing his very best on every job site. Off the clock, Jesse enjoys riding motorcycles and taking trips.
