Jalen works on the Production Crew for ADC with 1 1/2 years of industry experience. He holds AC Refrig, HVACR and Intro to Commercial systems training, and is an expert in ductwork, air handlers, condensers, IAQ, furnaces and American Standard equipment. Growing up in Leeds, Ala., he wanted to get back into HVAC, and Perfect Service gave him the opportunity. Jalen chose the trades because he grew up using his hands to solve problems and developed a deep passion for the field in trade school. His daily mission is to provide clean, sanitized air quality and abolish any sicknesses in the system for a satisfied customer. He enjoys solving airflow problems and electrical faults at the units. For his “Gold Standard,” Jalen makes sure the air is properly flowing and the unit is operating correctly before his departure. He advises homeowners to replace filters more frequently depending on the amount of people or pets in the house to save the coil. Treating current and future homes like his own, he believes the customer is the priority, and he spends his free time drawing and playing video games.
