Garrett serves as a Home Comfort Manager, Service Tech and Field Supervisor with 12 years of industry experience. He is an EPA 608 Universal, Air Quality Specialist, and Gas Fitter who is an expert in Trane, ICP, all residential equipment, light commercial and ductwork load calculations. Having grown up in Riverside, Ala., he recently moved closer to Birmingham for work. An outdoorsman at heart, Garrett chose the trades because he loves going to new places every day. His daily mission is to help all his customers, finding great satisfaction in getting people’s air working properly. He especially enjoys service calls where he can hunt down electrical and refrigeration problems. For his “Gold Standard,” Garrett always uses a “Take 5” approach to double-check his jobs. He advises homeowners to change their filters and have maintenance done. Believing that the customer deserves perfection, he strives to do it right the first time. Off the clock, Garrett loves coaching and playing on the field with his four kids, who all play sports.
