Bobby is a Customer Service Liaison with 23 years of industry experience, specializing in data entry. Originally from Houston, Texas, he moved because he wanted to escape the horrible humidity and bad weather to live in the South. Although physically unable to do trade work any longer, he chose this role because he likes to talk to people and help them out. His daily mission is to give customers peace of mind, knowing they will receive the best service for a reasonable price. Bobby particularly enjoys overcoming objections while helping potential customers understand why specific work needs to be done. As his “Gold Standard,” he always follows up the next day to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied. He advises homeowners that if they take care of their equipment, it will take care of them. Bringing honesty, value and satisfaction for a job well done to his work, Bobby spends his free time listening to great music, reading the newest books, walking and attending outdoor festivals.
