My name is Bryan Brasher. I’m the new brand ambassador for Perfect Service Heating & Air.
My entire adult life has been about spreading the news. I grew up in Leeds, Ala., and began working in the newspaper business with The Birmingham News in 1991 while I was still in high school. From there, I worked for major daily outlets in Columbus, Ga., and Memphis, Tenn., before coming back home to the Birmingham area for a 10-year career as editor of B.A.S.S. Times and Bassmaster Magazines.
Now, I’ve settled at Perfect Service for the easiest job I’ve ever had. My objective, every day, is to tell you, the customer, what a great job the people here at Perfect Service will do for you. That’s a cinch. These are good people, doing good work.
The one “weakness” I’ve had for years — if you want to call it that — has been inability to fake it. I can’t make myself write things that aren’t true, but that’s just not an issue here.
From the moment I walked in the door, they’ve made me feel like one of the family. And that’s how they want you to feel when they visit your home.
The goal of every employee inside this building is to make your life easier. Singing their praises just comes natural to me.
