Hunter is an Encapsulation Manager with 11 years of experience in crawlspace encapsulation and basement waterproofing. A resident of McCalla, Ala., he chose the trades because few know how to do the work, and it keeps him in very good shape. His daily mission is to take nasty, musty, moldy crawlspaces and make them brand new to improve air quality and preserve the home. He specifically enjoys the challenge of figuring out where water and moisture are coming from, diverting it to a drain with a pump and sealing the source. For his “Gold Standard,” Patrick uses a “Take 5” approach to check everything that has been installed and ensure it is perfect. He advises homeowners that the crawlspace is the heart of the house for structural stability and that they do not want to breathe bad air. He acts as a true company man, bringing the personal value of treating customers like family and helping out in any way he can, from bringing up the trash can to changing a light bulb. Off the clock, Patrick enjoys hunting, fishing, driving his Mustang and coaching his kids in baseball.
