Jacob is a Service Manager with 13 years of experience who holds an EPA Universal certification. He is an expert in “anything and everything” HVAC. Growing up in Chilton County, Alla. (famous for its peaches), he chose the trades because he loves the different experiences and people every day, as well as needing a job that accommodates his ADHD and inability to sit still. His daily mission is to leave every unit he touches performing and looking better and to ensure every customer he meets is happier and understands more about their HVAC system. He enjoys fixing the problems no one else can solve, but notes that the best jobs are simple fixes on hot days when he gets to be the hero. His “Gold Standard” is checking “everything, every time”. Jacob advises homeowners to set their thermostats and leave them, noting that constant adjustment does more bad than good, and he reminds them to change their filters. Driven by a desire to be the best at whatever he does, he spends his free time taking his pups on adventures, riding motorcycles and writing and listening to music.
