John Underwood is a Dispatch Manager with 40 years in the industry, holding NATE certifications, Journeyman gas fitting and EPA cards. Specializing in residential heating and A/C systems, he was born and raised in Birmingham. He began working HVAC in the field and through circumstances, worked his way to a desk job. John’s daily mission is to provide customers with the absolute best customer service experience in the HVAC market. He enjoys the process of helping customers get their HVAC needs accomplished.
