Sam has more than eight years of experience working with Trane and ICP systems and holds his EPA, OSHA 10, and gas certifications. His motivation is personal: he has AC at his own house, so he hates the thought of anyone going without, especially the elderly. He’s at his best on service calls that put his troubleshooting skills to work rather than routine cleanings. One of his go-to quality checks is confirming the delta-T falls in the 14–21 range, and he reminds homeowners to keep a clean filter. Sam grew up in Haughton, Louisiana, and made his way to the area after Hurricane Katrina. Off the clock he enjoys fishing and gaming, and on the job he’s committed to treating every customer fairly and professionally.
