Johnny is a Production Manager with 39 years of experience, holding an HVAC License and Master Plumber/Gas Fitter certifications. He is an expert in American Standard equipment and ductwork installation. Growing up in McCalla, Ala., he chose the trades because he enjoys working on mechanical devices and designing things to function from a technical idea. His daily mission is handling daily production scheduling to ensure his install team gets to the customer’s home to provide a superb experience. Willie particularly enjoys the mystery of solving system control faults that work normally sometimes but cause random issues. As his “Gold Standard,” he checks that all installed equipment is sealed properly and working to manufacturer design specifications. He advises homeowners to change filters at regular intervals and keep the system maintained twice a year. Bringing the personal value of always doing the right thing to leave the customer confident about the work performed at their property, he spends his free time with his family and traveling to the mountains with his wife.
